Is it difficult to learn? My staff are not very computer-savvy.
No. Each person sees only the screens for their own work, and we train your reception, doctors, nurses and billing staff for free, on their own screens.
Will it work if the internet goes down?
Yes. Cloud Health can run online (cloud), on your own server, or as an offline version installed in your hospital or clinic, so work does not stop when the internet does.
We already use another software. Can you move our data?
Yes. Data migration is free. We move your patients, medicines, items and rate lists from your old software or Excel files.
Is Cloud Health ABDM compliant?
Yes. Cloud Health has completed ABDM milestones M1, M2 and M3, is certified by NHA and is FHIR ready. You can create and verify ABHA numbers and link health records from inside the software.
Is our patient data safe?
Yes. Access is role-based, so each user sees only what their role allows, and every action is recorded in the user activity log. You can also choose to keep the data on your own server.
Can patients book appointments on their phone?
Yes. Patients can use the Cloud Health app on Android to book appointments, see the live queue and get reminders.
