What happens if a room or therapist is already busy?
The planner checks the therapist's working hours and leave, the treatment rooms and the patient's other treatments together. With "Any free room" it picks a free room for you, and a busy slot is never double-booked.
Can we book several therapies for one patient together?
Yes. Multiple Booking books several treatments in one go, each with its own sessions, rate, discount and therapist. Packages are booked at the package price.
Can we reschedule or cancel sessions?
Yes. Shift the remaining sessions by a number of days, or cancel a session and move the following sessions up.
